The carbon anode grinding system is a basic system for making anodes in the industry of electrolytic aluminum, and is an irreplaceable link in the whole aluminum making process.
The system is mainly formed by three parts, a material system, an air system and an electric control system. In the three systems, the material system consists of material conveying and processing systems; the air system consists of air conveying and environmental dust collection systems; the electric control system consists of electric traction and instrument control systems.
The finished product granularity (less than -200 meshes to 0.074mm) reaches more than 75%, and can be adjusted by mainly adjusting the air volume in the system’s pipe and the rotating speed of the classifier.
